Spruce Consulting is an international team of professionals in the construction and design industry. All team members obtain a minimum of a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering and 10 years of experience in project management in the NYC metro area, CT, NJ, Europe, Azerbaijan, Serbia, Russia.
Spruce Consulting INC produces services for Developers, General Contractors, Property Owners, and other professionals. The range of services may vary from full-scale project management to specific project goals like the determination of the best means and methods for the foundation phase completion. Spruce Consulting has an active partnership with the NYC general contractor with more than 30 years of successful construction history, a concrete superstructure contractor and a finishing contractor. Spruce works in close cooperation with 2 licensed professional engineers P.E. and one top NY expediting agency.
